MONDAY: Weight Room
WEDNESDAY: Weight Room
If you are LATE. You will NOT BE ALLOWED to join another session. You will be sent HOME!
MASKS MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES. MUST BRING A GALLON OF WATER DAILY. ALL WORKOUTS ARE VOLUNTARY.
